The hiring timing conversation hits closely because we’re hiring 16 or so engineers and I’m the hiring manager. We’ve been moving as responsibly and as quickly as possible and our timing is shaping up to be about two or three months.

It’s been easier to hire really good ICs. We’ve moved much slower around the hiring of those squad leads.

We’re US based but hiring a lot in Canada, and this has been an incredibly illuminating experience and have seen my thoughts really refine around how to at least hire engineers
