The Product Manager Skill wheel
"Being a Product Manager is just soft skills." My parents: " She does something with computers". Anyways. Here's a great article by Ravi Mehta that I keep using when assessing and developing other PMs' skills. (Link in the comments)
It's a list of 12 skills that he considers to lead to a peak PM (at least theoretically), I enjoy that he lists the skills also in accordance with their importance with your current career stage. I used it already dozen times, I don't think I could come up with something better so why not recommend it.

Thank you for sharing this. I'm currently dealing with massive impostor syndrome around my role as CPO. Wondering why I am even in this field and why it's so hard to figure out the next moves. This chart made me realize that I am very good at Product Execution and Influencing People and OK at Customer Insight, but due to the nature of the companies I worked for and the products we built (and maybe my own inclination?), my Product Strategy quadrant is only now properly being challenged and developed. Growing hurts.
