Are you all serious??? Most product-led growth companies or companies that use it don't effectively measure their metrics. This stuck with me from the Gainsight report.

Gainsight metrics

How is that even possible? Their funnels must be so leaky it's not even funny. Do I read this right... 32% measure their F2P conversion.. How do they improve their stuff? Reading tea leaves?

What are the other 68% doing? It can't be just traditional sales-led companies, because you would expect more than 24% to measure their Product Qualified Leads (PQL's) as they love their leads.

My favourite: head of sales coming every morning into my office "How many subscriptions sold?" Didn't care about ANYTHING else.

Is this another case of companies just implementing stuff as an MVP (let's add tracking later) and never fix it? I'm flabbergasted people. Please explain. I had some wine, maybe I read this wrong.
